The Harami Foundation (“we”, “us”) is a non-profit organisation in Ghana. Our website is theharamifoundation.com. We respect your privacy and handle personal data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
Information we collect
- Donations: your name, email address, phone number (optional), amount and a message if you leave one.
- Contact and volunteer forms: the details you type into the form.
- Newsletter: your email address if you sign up.
Card and Mobile Money details are entered on the secure page of our payment provider, Paystack. We never see or store your card number or PIN.
How we use your information
- To process your donation and send you a receipt
- To reply to your messages and volunteer or partnership requests
- To send updates about our work, if you agreed to receive them
- To meet our legal and accounting duties
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and process payments (such as Paystack and our web host), or when required by law.
