Our story
Why we exist
The Harami Foundation was started by people who believe that where you are born should not decide whether you eat, learn or get well. In many communities in Ghana, a widow struggles to feed her children, a bright pupil drops out because of fees, and an elderly person goes without medicine.
We exist to close that gap — by meeting urgent needs today and helping families build a better tomorrow. We rely on the generosity of individuals, groups and partners in Ghana and abroad.

To support the poor, needy and less privileged with food, education, health care and livelihoods, while treating every person with dignity.
